With 1.5hrs class, once a week, you will gain experience in the fundamental cornerstones present in most yoga classes:
  • Meditation and relaxation techniques. 
  • Hub poses to re-establish structural alignment and peace. 
  • Guidance to safely explore postures, expand your range, strength and flexibility. 
  • Breathwork to stabilise mind and body throughout the process.             Please scroll down here for more...
Every class is bookended with a guided relaxation. This serves to focus you in time and space, soothe the nervous system and establish your awareness of body feedback.

You will receive access to a teacher view recording of all 6 classes, so you can review at your leisure.

Over the course you gradually learn the components of the revered Sun Salutation in a light and explorative way. By the end you can use this as a short daily practice.

The 6th class is an amalgamation of all that you learn in the course. It can be used as a stand alone, balanced, 90 min yoga class. Once a week? More?

    The atmosphere is quiet & calm, a mood partly generated by a short opening chant in Sanskrit.

She's a powerful and experienced teacher, able to lead students through poses with just the right amount of challenge; I never got to that "stressed" place I sometimes experience with other teachers, yet I felt I was getting a good workout. I also enjoyed the spiritual energies she brings to the class, which fed me on a number of levels beyond just the physical. I left the class feeling both energized and peaceful, almost as though I'd had a massage! I highly recommend yoga with Angie.
