Service Description
This class suits different abilities, beginners to advanced. Variations will be offered. This 90 minute class and, like all my classes, is bookended with a guided relaxation process that works systematically through the layers of your being to build awareness, release tension and acquire reusable skills. A blend of balanced physical postures (asana) are offered in combination with integration rests, meditative moments and short breath practices (pranayama). Techniques for unwinding tension, connecting, mobilising and strength building are demonstrated for you. You are invited to synchronise your movement rhythm with your breath rhythm, gradually regulating and balancing the nervous system. An overall well being accrues which allows your awareness to deepen naturally and meditation to spontaneously occur. Classes are recorded. To maintain a steady flow/journey for all - and for student confidentiality, participants are muted. This ensures that all students screens only show the teachers, unmuted screen (Angie’s). If you pay for a class and cannot attend, you will receive a recording that remains accessible for at least two weeks. Requirements/Agreements to join this class: To be able to get up and down from the floor independently. To listen to the body's feedback mechanism (feeling/sensing) and honour limitations without strain or stress. To accept full responsibility for one's own health processes. A steady internet connection. To update Angie with any changes to your submitted health form.

Once you have booked and paid for this class, there is no refund available. However, if you are unable to attend the class, a recording will be sent to you and available for at least two weeks after.
