This course introduces fundamental breathwork techniques, with a particular focus on Conscious Connected Breathwork, as well as practices in personal resource development, somatic or felt sense awareness, and nervous system regulation. Designed for beginners, it aims to gradually enhance your ability to safely and confidently explore inner and subconscious processes.
Through these practices, participants can develop greater resilience by training the nervous system to operate effectively under varying levels of intensity. By practicing different breathing patterns, we stimulate both the sympathetic nervous system (responsible for energy and mobilization) and the parasympathetic nervous system (which governs rest, digestion, growth, and repair). This increases our band width for choosing a vibrant life.
This intentional practice supports improved self-regulation, enabling individuals to better manage challenges and stressors in daily life. The skills learned in Conscious Connected Breathwork can be particularly beneficial for those seeking to enhance emotional awareness, resilience, and overall well-being.

The course is structured to provide foundational knowledge & practical exercises, with a gradual increase in conscious connected breathwork as the program progresses. Participants will also be assigned gentle experiential exercises to facilitate deeper integration of the learning & experiences.
Post-course support includes access to a designated WhatsApp group for ongoing communication, as well as regular opportunities to participate in live sessions.
The course accommodates small groups, with a minimum of six participants.
