A journey of shedding, softening, and self-reclamation.

A Personal Invitation...

Join us for an intimate retreat to peel away winter layers, rediscover the pulse beneath the skin, and remember our aliveness in emerging toward spring.

Over 7 transformative days in Morocco, we will practice breathwork, yoga, and creativity; softening into spaciousness and reawakening.

Held between ancient lands and heavenly skies, we have expertly crafted a journey of experience and exploration to guide you through a complete cycle of shedding and renewal. There will also be plenty of spaciousness and free time for connection or reflection built into the schedule.

We can't wait for you to be with us in this sacred container of renewal...

Sacred Space

Curated sessions and guidance to honour your own natural rhythms, needs, and pace.

Our Location

We'll stay at two different coastal locations, both with an on-site hammam and massage facilities, a restaurant, easy beach access, and private gathering spaces.

The first is situated in the medina in the heart of Essaouira; a sanctuary of light, wind, and timeless beauty. The second is within a more remote location - creating the perfect balance of holiday and retreat.

This experience will be all-inclusive; accommodation, vegetarian meals, transfers, workshops, plus a massage, hammam, and camel ride are all included (apart from dinner on the first and last night).

Yes. Whether you're experienced in breathwork or completely new, this retreat is designed to be gentle, deep, and inclusive.

  • Will I have free time?
Yes. While there’s a rich, curated program, we’ve intentionally woven in pockets of rest, care time, and spaciousness for pool/beach time, wondering, napping, journalling, and exploration.
  • Will there be meat, alcohol or coffee?
We’ll be eating delicious vegetarian meals with an option for meat during your first and last dinner. Coffee, and optional alcohol will be available at most of our restaurant and accommodation choices, at extra cost to you. Please bear in mind that Morocco is a Muslim country so alcohol is permitted but strictly regulated. We ask that you respect local customs and the energy of the retreat. This is an opportunity to detox the body and be curious about that which alcohol numbs.
  • How do I secure my spot?
Right now, you can register your interest by leaving your email. This means you’ll receive early access and information on how to book and select your accommodations.
  • Can I schedule a discovery call before booking?

  • Which airports will we be using?
We will be flying from London Stansted (STN) into Essaouira (ESU). If you choose this option, we will be flying together as a group however, there are options to meet us in Essaouira if this better suits your needs.

Essentials include loose comfortable clothes, a journal, swimwear, and layers for cooler weather.
  • Whats the currency and where's the best place to get it?
Moroccan dirham is a closed currency, which means you can't get hold of it outside the country, except by advance specialist ordering and at a poor exchange rate. You can withdraw Dirham directly from the bank machine in the airport on arrival. We will show you where.
  • Who is this retreat for?
This is a space for anyone interested in release, reconnection, renewal, and rest. You don’t need to be “spiritual” or experienced, just open to de armouring and relaxation.
  • Is the retreat trauma-informed?
Yes. Your facilitators are both trauma aware and sensitive with experience in creating experiences informed by consent, safety, and sovereignty.

  • Which languages will be spoken?
The retreat will be held in English. Our local hosts and venue staff may speak French, Arabic, and English, depending on the setting. If English isn’t your first language, we’ll do our best to speak clearly, avoid jargon, and offer written follow-ups where helpful. Please let us know if you’d like additional language support, and we’ll explore what’s possible.

Please let us know any medical needs, conditions, or medications in your intake form after booking. We hold your health with care and confidentiality, and will do our best to accommodate. You can also set up a call with us in advance if you would like.
  • Is the retreat space accessible for those with physical disabilities or mobility needs?
We are currently in conversation with the venues to confirm the level of wheelchair accessibility and mobility support e.g. step-free access, ground floor bedrooms, handrails, and bathroom design. If you live with a visible or invisible disability, or have specific access needs, please reach out to us directly. We’ll be transparent about the space and do everything we can to either accommodate you or help you make an informed decision.
