Using the information gathered, along with years of experience, I can assist you to find a deeper understanding of yourself.

We can discuss ways you can make sustainable changes that have long term effects in your life.
One example is food. Getting to grips with understanding the food elements that imbalance you and swapping them out for foods you love and that help you maintain wellbeing is a game changer.

Another example could be a few simple yoga postures integrated into your routine (or even creating a routine!). Perhaps a sustainable meditation practice, or breath technique. The introduction of certain oils into your cleansing routine, or a programme of treatments.

The beauty of Ayurveda is that all treatments and advice are tailored to reflect your personal constitution, lifestyle and needs. The benifit of working with me is that I am a yoga/meditation teacher, treatment specialist and breathworker. So all of the information and practises I share with you are well established not only through study, but lived, daily.

An initial Ayurvedic consultation is required to progress onto a specific treatment for you. Follow up consultation is available for deepening your understanding and practical information.
