Angela is a very warm, kind and professional holistic therapist and she brings all of this and her vast knowledge to the treatment.     Yoga Day Retreat: We spent the day stretching, breathing deeply, swimming & heating up bodies in the Sauna. Plus spoiled with delicious lunch, cake and wonderful massage. It was lovely. I feel relaxed & rejuvenated. Awesome day & great organisation! Enjoyed every minute!
