    ~I find the Pinda sweda massages very therapeutic. The treatment is a warm oil treatment using a compress full of healing herbs. I can really feel the depth of the treatment and it really helps to relieve tension in my muscles. It is a wonderfully intense experience and I feel so relaxed by the end of it that it’s difficult to get off the bed.

    Angela took great care from the outset. Not only was the environment welcoming and warm but also Angelas warmth put me at ease immediately.
    I hadn't long had my 2nd baby and was in need of a massage, as I had not slept well and was feeling tense all over. After the consultation, Angela talked me through the type of massage she thought would suit me and I agreed.
    The massage was heavenly, such care was taken that I felt totally at ease and completely relaxed and possible slept, I only hope I didnt dribble!!!
    The music was soothing and I can honestly say I didnt want to move off the couch and the hour massage just wasnt long enough, next time I will book as long a massage as I can!!       Thank you Angela.

    Dear Angela I just wanted to thank you for arranging the Yoga classes via Zoom. Super effort! I really felt the benefit and enjoyed seeing and hearing everybody, incl. your gorgeous cat. I first thought it might feel a bit odd doing it this way, but felt soon transported into your studio - I miss not having someone to switch the light off and on though! The other thing I enjoyed very much too was “hearing" your visualisations at the end, that was really lovely.
  • Hopi Ear Candles
     My son has had chronic excessive wax since he was tiny, he used to suffer repeated painful ear infections, as the middle ear's eustachian tube became congested. This resulted in antibiotics, followed by a period of debilitation and reduced immune response, often with further complications of being suseptible to any bug's/virus's circulating at the time.
    For the last 3 years he has had  preventitve treatments of ear candles at key times when I'm sure he's at risk ie; autumn, before all the cold bugs start going around, and if he's a bit run down. He's not had an ear infection since. What a relief all round!

    Yoga Day Retreat: We spent the day stretching, breathing deeply, swimming & heating up bodies in the Sauna. Plus spoiled with delicious lunch, cake and wonderful massage. It was lovely. I feel relaxed & rejuvenated. Awesome day & great organisation! Enjoyed every minute!
