  1. This treatment focuses on relieving tired, achey legs & feet. Fantastic if you are standing or driving long hours. This is the antidote!
  2. To begin you can enjoy a cuppa whilst your feet soak in a copper foot bath full of warm water, organic soaps, himalayan mineral salts and essential oils. This softens the skin & relaxes the nervous system. It opens the pores ready to recieve organic oils to the underlying tissues. The feet are then rubbed dry with a towel to remove dead skin.
  3. Transfer to the massage table and warm oils are massage into the feet and lower legs to release pain & stored tension. The upward flow of blood (caused by your leg being held in a supported, elevated position) relieves varicose veins and removes pressure build up & puffiness.
  4. The legs & feet are left feeling refreshed, invigorated, light & new.
